"The place was in a good location, and views were nice. Free parking is nice too. It was misleading because the listing says room service is included and available, but you have to request it and sometimes it is hard to get in touch with the management. They also said that they change sheets and towels - and indeed they did - but simply dropped off the clean ones in a trash bag and told us we had to change our own sheets. The toilet also blocked twice and our sink did not drain properly. We...

"Every single person we encountered was just the nicest most attentive. That is why we come here every year. From Branden and front desk team to Park and his team at breakfast. To the lovely women in the cleaning crew and the one whose nsme starts with Ch. The hotel is clean and offers a lite breakfast every morning. Rooms are spacious. Great pool and fitness room. Great for families or couples. Super convenient. Parking lot offered for a fee, but very reasonable. Close enough to beach and shopping but also not right on main street where it can be noisy. I know there are a lot of changes going on, but I really hope the things that make this place amazing don't change."
