"I would have given five stars all around but had to dock a star based on the breakfast experience. Seating area far too small for a hotel this size, breakfast offerings very average, no proper system for the omelette station (three times in a row the omelette I ordered was given away to other patrons)- on the whole, chaotic. Needs improvement for sure."

"This delightful boutique hotel is enhanced by the wonderful staff under the management of Hemond who is extremely welcoming and made our visit memorable. The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms are immaculately clean and the WiFi is the best we have experienced in any of the hotels we have stayed in. The hotel is well placed for access to the main attractions of Mumbai and for cruise ship passengers. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Mumbai,"

"Small, reasonably priced hotel near the main sights in Mumbai. Good breakfast, good clean room. Arranged an airport pickup. I recommend it."

"The property is close to metro station and you can easily get transport to tourist places. But that's the only perks of this place. The rooms are super small and the cleanliness is just for the sake. The staff is helpful (the hotel cleaning staff) but the staff at reception is as much rude and unprofessional. If your only aim is to doze off and freshen up then this is fine."

"It's unfortunate that the lift was not working, and the hotel is solely on the 3rd floor. The common portion of the building was undergoing repairs and it was dirty, but the hotel proper is very clean with good service. If you are here for the Cricket, Super Convenient!"
