"Excellent! Beautiful lake view. The only thing is that my room was next to laundry room and smoke coming out probably from driers. For summer time one cannot go to the balcony for fresh air. It was ok for me as it was wintertime and cold. I couldn’t not go out to balcony anyway. "

"Staff seemed “put out” when we has any issues, often said basically ‘that’s not my department.” We had 2 rooms and the heating and air didn’t work in one for 2 days. Staff kept saying there’s nothing they could do but we persisted and they finally sent someone who fixed it in about 30 minutes. The entire lobby was closed for a New Year’s party for only ages 21 & upon New Year’s Eve but we could watch & hear the whole thing from our balcony.
