"Pre check in and kiosk use to get my keys. Staff was available and helped many throughout the process. Very happy with the room especially for the low price. Many, many options for food and beverages! Very pleased with this stay and would definitely recommend and return to this location!"

"Hotel was nice, convenient location - had issue w bathroom as shower curtain was falling off (snaps broken) and sink backed up, most likely full of hair. Lobby was nice and bright and clean. Check in only one person working the counter and no additional help w 10 people in line. Was a Friday afternoon - need to staff up. "

"As a family vacation with kids it was a great experience. However, I think the rooms should be updated, some of the restaurants in the hotel have a lot of flies around the food (breakfast buffet). The rooms are not cleaned daily ( nothing said about housekeeping options). Again it’s a family themed hotel with kids everywhere, my grandson loved every minute! The Water Park was added plus especially purchasing the tickets off Groupon! "
