"My family and I of four, which includes a three and 5-year old, loved our 5 days at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place. What sets itself apart are its service, location, and amenities. The hotel has world-class service from the staff, including breakfast, front desk, concierge, spa, and pool. I’d like to thank Roch Fari from the spa and pool, who was extremely helpful and attentive. This location cannot be beaten; few hotels in Jakarta can provide everything you need within Pacific Place Mall. It’s within steps of the Jakarta MRT to get around the city and Hutan Kota. I will return in the future because my family loves the pool, and I especially love the amenities, such as the whirlpool, cold plunge, and steam room. "

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but the staff are all very nice. Restaurant and spa downstairs "
