"The hotel is a normal Best Western, it is what we needed for a family doing a college tour at Cornell. It was very convenient for our family. The receptionist Stephanie was outstandingly helpful and friendly and really deserves praise for helping us with some issues. Our children enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. The one thing that the hotel needs is a big sign from the street; of course we found it with google maps, but it could be made more visible."
