"This hotel denied my checking, after a long journey driving to merzouga from Marrakech, Hotel staff say that the hotel is overbooked , and blame it on Expedia, no communication with booking sitewebs. The surprising part is , they denied my booking , but still go with the payment. End up looking for a place to stay the old fashioned way , . Avoid avoid and avoid this place at all costs. "

"We absolutely loved Hassan at the front desk, a guy who tries to make everything wonderful. But there were far too many things out of his control and the owner never seemed to be present. The hotel listing indicated that the following would be offered: a separate living room, a microwave, a minibar, an espresso maker and a desk. None of these were in the room. We are not sure who is responsible for these listings but we feel severely misled. We booked on the condition that these things would...

"According to locals this used to be very good, since Covid it has falling in disrepair. We checking in at night to a dark lobby only reception had light. Our room was moldy around the air conditioner and sink which was also filthy. The toilet seat was not attached and toilet dirty. We didn’t stay and didn’t receive our deposit back. "

"Hotel Le Fint had no record of my booking and they were full. Luckily they managed to re arrange rooms and fit me in. Why was this Expedia. A reoccurring problem of hotels not reciveing bookings from you."

Majestic Stay at Kenzi Azghor – The Best in Ouarza

"Kenzi Azghor Hotel in Ouarzazate was hands down our best stay in Morocco! The hotel exudes a majestic charm, perfectly blending luxury with authentic Moroccan vibes. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight has to be the breathtaking swimming pool and terrace, offering stunning views of the Atlas Mountains and the surrounding landscapes. It's the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of Ouarzazate. We were also blown away by the restaurant—both the buffet dinner and breakfast were incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Our room was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed was plush, and the bathroom was large and immaculate. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Ouarzazate, Kenzi Azghor is highly recommended!"
