"Bathroom and bath tub was dirty , permanent stains on tubs and dirty shower curtain. "

"This is a newer building the staff were very friendly and kind. The room was clean and breakfast was good!"

"There is no hot tub, no chance to even get into the pool over ran by a bunch of kids screaming and splashing for over 4 hrs. The room above ours was stomping, 4unning around all night until 12-1am. When mentiond to front desk nothing was done. Remote in room didn't work. Rooms look ABSOLUTELY nothing like photos. Rooms are run down paint chipping off walls, not enough pillow cases for the pillows, used shampoo/lotions left not replaced in bathroom. "

"We did check in at 1:30 AM and got an accessible room. We asked to change rooms and told none were available but they weren’t sold out. ? It was cleaned the next day and forgot all Towels. When we called to ask for towels we were told “they are probably in the dryer and will come up pretty soon.” "

"Staff at this property are extremely rude and threatening. Would not suggest staying at this location. Hung up on us when we were speaking to them and became disrespectful. "

"The Hilton Hotel Oak Lawn, IL was beautiful. The customer service of staff was excellent. It was in an outstanding location for eating and shopping. We were there for funeral so we didn't do any pool or gym. The restaurant in lobby had a delicious buffet breakfast with everything on buffet."

"Parking was terrible, had to park around the building in the back of the hotel. Tons of people sitting outside smoking and drinking on the property. The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room: Wasn’t offered another room the maintenance person came to the room an repaired the blow dryer in the room while we were in the room for almost an hour which made me feel very uncomfortable.Then the lights went out from about 3am to 7am!!!! No apologies nor accommodations nor even an explanation! Doors slapping all night with the neighbors in/out the room. Not sure what was going on but it was way too much action in that building. Just loud and noisy both night I stayed there, The rooms are old and outdated. It doesn’t smell clean nor fresh in the rooms. I’ll never ever book with this hotel again. "
