"We had a great stay! Front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Place was clean. Lourmarin is a cute, small town. It was a nice, quiet change of pace from our prior travels to Nice and Cannes. If you are here on a Friday, you must go to the market in town. Highly recommend. "

"Ideal location for walking into town (10 mins downhill) and exploring the Luberon. We were in a ground floor apartment which gave a good opportunity to meet our neighbours at breakfast and evening meal,eating out on the patio. The entrance for cars is 60m uphill from the property. down a little track, but it is signposted. Beware sat nav, stay on main road and do not follow navigation for last 500m. When close it resets itself correctly."

"Good news: the property and surrounding setting is beautiful. Your accommodation is a small apartment rather than a hotel room. The bedroom is separate. If, like us, you wanted to visit several spots in western Provence without changing rooms, this did serve us well. But be aware that everyplace from Aix-en-Provence to Avignon is 30 to 50 km away. "The property itself is very pretty , great pool and very good food - however the owners lack of English and organisation skills are very limited - There is a very good manager but he seems to do everything for her because she is so chaotic ! For those that remember Faulty towers , this is the French version - you need a car to get to the nearest towns and villages , they are a long walk ! My room was fine but it needs updating and the rooms vary alot - the better rooms are in the first building...

"Lovely property with excellent staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us have an amazing experience. Only criticism was that there was a large wedding that overtook and closed the restaurant and bar over several days, which meant we often had to eat in our room. Valet parking and breakfast included in the rate was a nice perk. "
