"A new hotel in agadir 6 months old hotel. Amazing facilities. Friendly staff. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was diverse and good. Sometimes tv was cutting due to someone connecting their ipad or iphone from another room. The wifi was a bit bad in my room some on and off connection. Issues were communicated to the management. I also felt a bit of inexperience from staff. Then again it is a new hotel so it might be some adaption and they have good attitude and professional."

"Have stayed here many times before but on this occasion our sleep was disturbed every night from 4am to 8am due to a Cockerell being kept in a nearby property. The area is normally fairly quiet but the apartment blocks and residents really need to get this problem sorted out. Talking to local residents they too are annoyed by the noise and disturbed sleep caused by the crowing Cockerell and we saw some people complaining to the owner keeping the chickens. "Good hotel with very good food and really nice and helpful staff, easy access to the beach(5 minuts walk). Roms was ok but wasn't so clean, old fashioned, very old towels in our room, some rooms are in very noisy area. "

"I'd requested connecting rooms at the hotel a week before but on arrival, this wasn't arranged. However, the receptionist and her manger worked as quickly as they could when they realised my children were very young and that it was necessary. We were really happy with how graciously and quickly it was handled."

"Excellent staff which made my stay very pleasant. The check-in process was seamless and loved the double room, very spacious and clean modern decor. Daily breakfast was varied and plenty to choose from. Hotel Staff were all welcoming and the hotel staff working in the breakfast area were excellent. Will definitely stay again when visiting Agadir. "We had a really nice chilled stay Animation team are great the cleaners all work tirelessly Pools were lovely Rooms are tired but functional and we could always find something to eat in the buffet also the almogger fast food was a good option for lunch reasonably priced plenty of choice "

Excellent all round

"Hotel and facilities were excellent. Rooms spacious. Staff were fantastic, always polite, smiling and on hand to assist. Location of hotel is fantastic. Beautiful sandy beach right on your doorstep, such a nice beach. Already miss it. You can watch the sunset which is amazing. Food was good. I have been to all inclusive resorts with bigger options, so this place could have had more variety. Evening entertainment could be better, in my opinion. A little more thought should go into this. I will definitely be returning. "

"Nice hotel in a great location. All inclusive was good, wine and beer and a cocktail of the days. Spirits available. Food was varied and nice but after 4 days a little repetive perhaps. Air conditioning didn’t work for night but was fixed. Wifi terrible though even in reception Overall a good hotel and break. Staff very helpful and friendly"
