"Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk. "We had reserved the place for 2 nights. Unfortunately on the second day there was no hot water due to the gas tanks being empty. I tried to get assistance but it was too late. Received response the morning after. Overall the place in a great location, you do have to walk up quite a bit of stairs with luggage as there is no elevator. "

"We really loved our stay at mistral suites. It was difficult to find, but the staff stayed with us on the phone and even sent someone out to the street to help us find it. The room was perfect. You could not beat the view of the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The traffic in Sorrento was a nightmare for walking, but once you got to the town Square it was much better. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe behind, locked gate and a locked front door. "

"We loved staying here, and immediately fell in love with our host, Grazia. The apartment is quietly tucked a very short walk away from the busy main tourist area, and is within easy walking distance of everything you'd want to see and do in Sorrento. The train station and ferry dock are within easy walking distance as well, so this is a great base point for seeing other attractions in the area, like Pompeii, Herculaneum, Napoli, wineries, and the Amalfi Coast. We look forward to returning!...
