"Visited Sorrento June/July 2025 with my husband and 18 yr old son. This hotel is brilliant, the staff (in particular Teresa) are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are a generous size, very modern and clean with everything you could need including air conditioning. Toiletries are included in the bathroom and a brilliant hairdryer (I find sometimes hotel hairdryers are poor, not this one). The small outdoor pool is a great addition, again very clean with comfortable loungers and seats and a small bar area with lovely staff. The location of this hotel is the best feature. Just along the road is Sorrento train station and it is only a 5 minute walk to Corso Italia which has lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The marina area is also within walking distance. So with a lovely hotel, lovely staff and everything at your doorstep this is the perfect hotel if you are staying in Sorrento and wanting easy access to travel around this area of Italy. Highly recommended."

"This hotel is in a great location. Close to everything. We needed towels for our boat excursion and they let us use their beach towels. The included breakfast is pretty good too. We booked the family room and it was plenty big for two teenagers and we adults. "

"The many good features of the hotel include friendly, helpful staff, a wonderful pool area, comfortable room with effective air conditioning, and a very convenient location, with train station and many good restaurants within 10 minutes’ walk. We were surprised to find that there is no restaurant for evening meals. It wasn’t a problem because there are so many nearby, but on our first night we usually go for the easy option of dining at the hotel. A couple of minor areas for improvement: we would like to have had the option of muesli and granola at breakfast, and also higher quality orange and other juices. "

"The location is excellent if you are taking the ferry to Capri, Positano, Naples, etc. You walk right outside and it is directly out the door. Incredible views from the port. There is a very small beach nearby which is nice to put your feet in. The lift up to the city center is also very close and convenient. The included breakfast alone was worth the stay. Lots of options and staff incredibly friendly. On day 3, the breakfast coffee lady brought us cappuccinos without even asking, she knew what we wanted and was so kind. After traveling the coast for 16 days, I would say this is probably the best value/convenient hotel you can find in the area. "
