"It was a truly amazing experience to stay at this chalet. Initially, we were worried because there was no review and it almost seemed too good to be true. However, Philipp (who manages the property) was always responsible and helpful. The Chalet looks exactly the same (if not better) as these beautiful picture. "What a wonderful place! The staff was super friendly, the food was superb, and the location was super convenient. They even had loaner sleds we used for the day. Literally steps from the local train which took us very close to the ski lifts. Upon arrival, they asked if we wanted dinner and the kitchen stayed open late and our waitress stayed to serve us (dinner is from 1830-1930). They sell loft tickets right at the hotel, so you don’t have to line up at the lifts. Our room was very clean,...

"The host is very friendly and especially after a long drive it is very nice. The house is conveniently located, you can walk to the ski elevator in Kitzski or take a bus to the Brixen im Thale valley where you can ski in the SkiWelt resort. The apartment is clean and pleasant. There is storage space for skis and snowboards in the basement and a dryer for your sports boots. I really liked that everything was pleasant, simple and straightforward with attention to detail. You don't depend on check-in times like many places, you can check in without bothering anyone. This is a nice and nicely priced place that is perfect for two people on a ski trip. "
