"We had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights. Rooms had been renovated during winter 2022 and they are in very nice. All interior was new. We had daily cleaning of the room which we did not expect. Fresh towells every day. We booked our stay with breakfast - and restaurant had a very nice buffet - we did not miss anything. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Give Ferrer Hotel Isabel our warmest recommendation. Should be four Star - not three Star. "

"Property is in an area with many derelict buildings. It feels safe enough. Hotel itself needs refurbishing. Staff at reception are ok, catering staff not very friendly at all. Noisy room as was situated above the entertainment disco area which thankfully stopped at 11pm."

"Just back from a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and basic but had everything we needed for a week. A shower caddy and toothbrush holder in the bathroom would have made things easier along with a couple of hooks for towels. Children loved the
