"Check in was at 17:00 where we were greeted warmly at reception by Thomas who spoke excellent English (mercifully as my French is embarrassingly bad). He gave us the full low down on the property and local area which included a map. If you've reviewed the property properly then you'll know that it's fully self catering and you're responsible to keep it clean and make your beds. The interior was perhaps slightly dated compared to other 4 star hotels but it was very clean and everything worked....

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."
