"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Palms. Room and facility was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The property gardens are beautiful, it was so peaceful to sit outside and relax, reading or just sitting on a swing. Stop and smell the roses, delightful. Access to Hamilton and ferry/bus terminals is an easy 10-12 minute walk (on sidewalks!) Public transportation got us most anywhere in Bermuda. We made friends at both the included breakfast and...

"This was a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, excellent service, etc. A few things we especially appreciated was the excellent wifi everywhere, the super convenient access to a bus stop and the availability to get bus tokens from the front desk staff. Also, although the restaurant on the property was excellent, we didn't want to eat out every single meal and found the gas station minimart just down the street from the resort to be very well stocked. "

"The property and the staff are lovely !!!! Unfortunately we were there while pool renovations were being done and the jackhammer all day long was a bit much , however we were offered a small refund . They have an awesome water ferry on the property but on a winter limited schedule . We made the best of the transportation and would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone who asked ! "

"Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. It has wonderful pizza. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others. "

Perfect Stay

"The suite could hardly have been more comfortable. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly, even offering us rides to nearby places, such as the grocery store. The balcony and view of the Sound were amazing. The property is situated directly next door to a ferry stop for Hamilton and even provided free ferry tickets. Only downside for me was the hotel is not close to restaurants or attractions. But between the ferry and taxis, it was not hard to get places."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was top tier. We stayed in a 1bed 1-1/2 bath Suite. It was lovely! Had to take a point off because there were ants present in the bathroom and we had to take extra care to mitigate them. We did appreciate that there was ant spray in the unit to use. "

"A Perfect Getaway at The Reefs Resort & Club I had the pleasure of staying at The Reefs Resort & Club in Bermuda, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning ocean views from the cliffside rooms that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The resort’s private pink sand beach was serene and beautifully maintained—a perfect spot for relaxation. The dining experience was another highlight. "The place is VERY clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed here for a quick work visit and it was exactly what I needed. This house is not in an area that has places to eat or entertainment but I did not need any of that for my stay. It was a great place and lower cost than others. I would recommend. "
