"Great location, appreciated the welcoming touches available 24 hours a day in the common room - automatic coffee maker uses fresh ground beans, fresh fruit & sesame seed homemade biscotti. The rooms are well appointed & very large. The beds are very comfortable & our hosts were very helpful with dining recommendations. "

"Had a great time staying here, we received great service the entire time, including in-room massages and a very long list of restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to the center of Palermo and lots of great places to eat, but options on the same street are limited. This was fine for us but may not be the best choice for others who want to have restaurants and shops immediately accessible upon walking out of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. "

"The room itself was beautiful and very clean with an amazing shower and great air conditioning. The problem was that it was extremely loud at night. We requested a quiet room not facing the street but were put in a room where you could hear partying all night long on the streets. Room 3 also has a door that used to open to the main hallway where all guests come through. Loud guests woke us up at 7 am because the walls are very thin. "Perfect location, short walk to the historical town and 5 minutes walk to the central train station takes you to the airport. The accommodation is very clean nicely furnished with nice dining room. "Giovanni the host was fantastic. A really wonderful guy. He was attentive and made accommodations for us when we had early tour appointments. A nice place to stay in Palermo close to the main attractions. I would definitely stay there again. In fact, I left my binoculars and umbrella in the room when I checked out and he brought them to my next hotel before I even knew they were missing."

"The property was perfect for what we needed at this point in our vacation - relaxing and a nice pool to cool down in after a hot day touring the Valley of the Temples. The location was great and the dinner Giuseppe made for us was delicious. The room could have used a little bit of maintenance but was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up. "
