Small property... I get it... it's not like a big-brand 5-star hotel. Still, I expect some basics. The room smelled funny, even after I aired it out. The radiator in the bathroom does not work. The shower frequently cycled between scorching hot and freezing cold water. The "free breakfast" does not get restocked, so cold cuts that were consumed yesterday would be empty today--no new alternatives, just that spot is now empty. The upholstery is severely stained and worn on the chairs in their "restaurant" area. Also, no elevator, so be prepared to carry all luggage up the stairs! Overall, very disappointing, and I don't plan to go back.

Great German hotel
Lovely hotel with great staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is a standard German hotel, which is what I expected. Food is amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

Central location. No lift which makes luggage a problem. Solo Traveller. Online booking did not indicate a seriously budget room with threadbare carpet and old mattress. Characterful hotel and nice staff but amenities a bit poor.

The hotel overall was decent. The location was great, in downtown of Soltau & minutes to Heide Park. The hotel was clean & the room as well. However, as a non smoker the rooms reeked of stale cigarettes from all the smokers throughout the years which made the rooms quite unpleasant & uncomfortable...

Zimmer sind ziemlich alt und runter gekommem. Frühstück war nicht sehr gut. Die Brötchen waren steinhart und kaum zu essen. Schade, das Hotel hat auf jeden fall Potenzial. Sie sollten mal alles sanieren und dann wäre es sicherlich ein tolles Hotel

Das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel alt, mein Bett kaputt. Hat mein Mann repariert. Das Bad mit alten Fliesen hatte Charm, wenn die Fliesen heil gewesen wären. Die Duschkabine rottete so vor sich hin, dem Alter geschuldet. Es war eine Notlösung, mehr nicht.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch im Zimmer wäre ein Einsatz eines Handwerker notwendig (Balkontür, Bodenleiste zum Bad). Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück völlig in Ordnung. Für uns war es für 1 Nacht in Ordnung, für mehrere eher nicht.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umpfangreich. Die Einrichtung allerdings,war sehr überaltert und zeigte teilweise starke Gebrauchsspuren. Die Sauberkeit war aber absolut gegeben.
