"The stay was excellent. Tonya (girl at reception) was extremely helpful & made our stay excellent. The instructions emailed were incorrect. The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. We had just travelled from the USA & wanted to leave our back packs at the reception and tour until evening, but instead we waited for 3 hours outside & were too tired to tour. "Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. "I had a really good check-in experience. It was a few minutes walk from the train station, to my surprise public transport is very efficient in Stockholm and you could ride to the city center in less than 10 minutes from the property. The property was clean and robust communication set up! "

"This is one of the best hotels/apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, historic building with modern apartments with premium furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are a great size, you can open the windows for fresh air, and the area surrounding is stunning. Matilda and the other team members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus you get a book in the room with helpful tips and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit Stockholm"

"We couldnt stay at the "hotel", when we arrived there we got harrased by old people who lived there, the building where the hotel is located is shared with a hospital for psychologist treatment, we tried to cancel it and the owner refused even tho we had proof of the guy who assaulted us, my girlfriend was terrified by that experience, stay away from this place, we wanted to save money as you may if this hotel shows up on your list but its not worh it "

"I loved staying at the property- a great location in the middle of Östermalm but it was so quiet! I walked everywhere from the hotel including to and from the station. I really loved the theme of the hotel and especially Greta’s bistro where I had dinner one of the nights of my stay- the food was excellent and the staff exceptional! The only thing that was a little confusing was check in and I think that was down to the time I arrived- the reception area is a small space right next to a busy queue for the busy bar! But this wouldn’t be enough to detract from top marks. I’d stay here again any time!"

Perfect location for business or vacation

"Hotel rooms are underground which is great for sleeping during summer when there is no real night in Stockholm. Having a deli in the same building is very convenient. Central location, walking distance to the train station and great price. I highly recommend. Young people seem to like the place."
