"The stay was absolutely amazing, very attentive staff and beautiful views from the restaurant/ swimming pool. However if you book a ‘city view’ room and you’re on the first floor, prepare to be woken up every morning at 06:30 by the towel/sheet delivery out the front of the hotel. Full disclosure, we complained and were offered to swap rooms if we moved everything by 12pm, but we had one night left and had booked a trip out so didn’t have time to move everything. "

"This property is an excellent choice. I am a soda traveller and I felt extremely safe not a huge eater so the free nibbles available were okay for me receptionist was very very helpful and the gentleman who took over from her. It was also great early check-in and late checkout at no extra cost. "Great location, reception staff super friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault them. Rooms are pretty small, air conditioning unit was poor, didn’t really have an impact and was cooler to sleep with the balcony door open! Rooms were not hugely soundproof. Housekeeping was a bit poor. Had to keep going down to reception for things the housekeeping didn’t top up e.g. milk, shower gel, even toilet paper!"

"Very good location and clean. The nautical themed decor is very neat. Beautiful building with beautiful facilities. We had a great stay except for a little surprise at the end. When we checked in, the receptionist confirmed that the breakfast was included based on their system. But it wasn’t and we had to pay because they made a mistake. I am sure their restaurant is very good because we weren’t able to walk in for dinner as they were fully booked. Need to book ahead next time!!"

"It was a simple room, with few outlets but OK. The biggest problem was that I had a spectacular wipeout in the bathroom. It was partially my fault as I didn't use the towel bath mat, but the floor was extremely slippery as there was no separation between shower and the rest of the bathroom floor (no barrier to the water). I advised the hotel that they should coat the floor with some slip-resistance coating. When the WiFi didn't work the second day, the front desk gave me another network...
