"The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the dock and main part of town. Tucked away in a shopping/dining area. It is a hidden gem! Decor was great, very clean, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Price was very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend. "

"Other than the comms beforehand the place was excellent for a family stay. On the beach with a private pool. Three large ensuite bedrooms. Really well laid out and very well kept with a barbecue on the terrace. In terms of location it's quite good. 20 mins from split airport but not under the flight path. "I loved everything about this cute apartment it was so centrally located and walkable to everything we wanted to see in Split. Host was so friendly and welcoming we can’t wait to come back here next year. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone traveling to Split."

"Our queen rooms were fantastic. They were clean, spacious, comfortable and private. The location is in easy reach of the old town, harbour and bus station. Our host met us and was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations to help us enjoy our stay."

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family. I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there."
