Much better than expected!

Cabin was really clean and comfortable. It doesn't look like your typical "Alaska cabin," but was recently built, everything was clean, and bed was very comfortable. It was a nice stop for us after having stayed in "rougher" cabins for the last 2 weeks. It is close to Kenai river, but not within walking distance for me. You can drive down about 1 mile down to end of road and walk in about 1/2 mile. Bonus: washer/dryer inside cabin and wi-fi

Really enjoyed our stay

Check in was super easy, great communication from owner throughout the stay. The cabin was very clean and cozy and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. We will definitely stay again if back in the area.

Alaska’s Bonita cabins are a hidden gem. We were extremely impressed with the owner’s willingness to accommodate our last minute arrival. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It had all the comforts of home in a serene setting. We were delighted with the arrival of a moose right outside our window! The owners were helpful and accommodating while respecting privacy. We would most definitely stay here again on future visits.

Booked 2 months ahead. Showed up at address and found 2 little buildings that were titled "cabins". Nobody around. No staff. Called the phone # and got voicemail. A guy called back 30 minutes later. He said he couldn't find my reservations and then said the "cabins" were closed down "for the season".

The cabin was brand new very clean very well equipped. Would definitely recommend and I'm planning on staying there again next year.
