"I wanted to spend three nights in this spa Hotel, but unfortunately, I was ill the day I was scheduled to travel to the hotel, so ended up spending only two nights. I was met at the hotel by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, who had arranged an upgraded room, given that I was unable to arrive the first evening. "We have been to a lot of hotels during our travels in Europe and this is one of our favorite hotels. It’s quirky, clean, great location, good service, delicious free breakfast, they give you towels and bathrobes to use in the mineral bath (only a 5 minute walk), friendly staff and provided discounts for the gondola and mineral bath. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!"

"So far this 8s the best prop3we stayed at during our Europe road trip. The place is just amazing, super clean and very well maintained. Great amenities and the shower is amazing. The property is located in the center of a small village, so you have some restaurants and even a supermarket with anything you might need. The balcony and the view is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again"

"Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. "

"The front staffs had attitude. They did not like to kindly explain about the facilities. I requested the dinner reservation but our table was not booked so we had to wait for an hour. (The restaurant staffs were nice though)."
