"I was welcomed as the first guest to ever book through Hotels.com and given a complimentary upgrade. The staff was charming, efficient and lovely in every way. The suite was on the top (4th) floor. We ordered dinner through one of the recommended restaurants (which was so-so) but before the food arrived, the hotel staff came and brought in cutlery, plates, set the table and then brought the food that had been delivered to the desk. In the morning, my breakfast was served in the suite as well....
