"We made dinner reservations at 8:30 pm but our train was very delayed. It was nice that the hotel extended their dinner for us so we were able to eat. The dinner was buffet-style and the food could be grabbed until 9:00 pm regularly but was extended to 9:30 pm due to our transportation issues. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the fjord (note there are some small buildings that obstruct the view slightly). Great breakfast buffet included. Would recommend this hotel but plan your arrival/dinner accordingly."

"Nice quick overnight between driving tour of stave churches. Great place to take walks and look at the fjord. Rather pricey but that’s Norway. "
