"This was such an incredible and unique (in a good way!) place to stay. The owner, Nir, has really built his dreams out here. The grounds are literally a botanical garden hideaway, and he has built 4 amazing bungalows. The thing that really stood out, though, was the level of service. "Simply amazing, we had an Ocean View Bungalow for just the one night (if we had the time we would have loved to have stayed longer). Private beach, swimming pool, comfortable bed and so private, we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Highly recommend for couples or people like us who have spent weeks at sea and instead of staying overnight in Papeete on our Cruise Ship opted to rent a car and see the the real Tahiti. Loved it. "

Owners reprimanded teenagers for playing ball in the pool, so I would have to assume that this property prefers adults over kids. "What a great find! Beachfront property with a excellent view (although the beach was somewhat rocky)! "Poe" (property mgr) was a kind soul and was always there if we needed anything. King bed downstairs and singles in the upstairs loft. This property doesn't have A/C, so it does get somewhat warm during the day, but the Pacific breeze cools the space at night. Good value for the money!"

"Where do I begin do review this stay? In so many ways it was a stay of a lifetime. Mark’s Place is beautiful. Each bungalow is unique in design and amenities. Our bungalow had lots of windows and large glass patio door which led to a large deck with outside furniture.
