Бюджет. Хорошее расположение.
Хорошее соотношение цена\качество. Вид на реку прекрасный, с расположением на закат. Владелец проживает на месте, решает текущие проблемы, поможет советом. Напротив парк, рядом песчаный пляж, пляж "Чайка", супермаркет "Перекресток", Адлерский рынок. Улица тупиковая - тихо ночью, хорошо с детьми. Оснащение номеров простое, самое необходимое есть. Холодильник в номере, микроволновая печь, чайник, утюг - на этаже. Несколько мини-кухонь с возможностью самостоятельной готовки, посуда простая предоставляется. В внутреннем дворе есть зона барбекю (уголь в "Перекрестке"; мясо и рыба на рынке) - можно готовить самостоятельно. Не новый, но всё работает. Для самостоятельных путешественников, можно с детьми. Небольшая парковка есть, для путешествующих на авто.

Номер хороший, удобное расположение, Вид из окна на речку ,море недалеко недалеко торговые центры, остановка общественного транспорта, рядом кафе, питались в столовой «Ем и ем».Небольшой отпуск удался!

Октябрь 2019.
Мы вдвоем с взрослой дочерью отдыхали в октябре 2019. Бронировали двухместный номер с отдельными кроватями. По факту получили номер с тремя кроватями - двухместной и двумя одноместными. Кроме кроватей в комнате были холодильник, шкаф, стол, один стул и табуретка, выполняющая роль прикроватной тумбочки. В зеркале в туалете можно было увидеть свою верхнюю половину, а в зеркале в комнате - нижнюю. Ещё был телевизор, очень неудобно расположенный. На весь этаж был один эл. чайник, микроволновка и утюг, подошва кот. была запачкана жжен ным материалом. Расположен отель вполне удобно, до моря 10 - 15 мин. приятной прогулки. Это факты. А все остальное - личное дело каждого. Мой отдых удался!

В целом все хорошо. Обслуживание доброжелательное и во всем идут на встречу. Заселили раньше положенного времени. Но в заказе был номер с балконом с видом на море (Standard Double Room, Balcony, Sea View), в итоге дали номер с окном просто и этажом выше, видимо. Также в ванной сильно постоянно воняло канализацией, приходилось все время проветривать ванную и всю комнату. Но так как в номере не так уж часто находился, то прям уж чтобы очень сильных неудобств все не доставляло. Wi-Fi работал очень плохо, хотя находился в соседнем от роутера номере. Район хороший, в пешей доступности пляжи, магазины. До Олимпийского Парка 40-50 минут пешком вдоль набережной или 10-15 минут на такси.
