"The worst hotel I’ve stayed. This was advertised as a four star property. This was misleading and at best a one star. The property is old and run down. Totally overpriced. The first room offered was unacceptable and the second room did not have water, i had to use the hotel communal toilet. The food ordered was not awful. We skipped the restaurant on the second day and drove 40 minutes to a dominos. The breakfast advertised was buffet. This was not the case. All I was offered was eggs and toast....

"The hotel is attached to a wedding and other events location, so can be noisy if events are running or early morning as preparations are made. Listing suggests it is a tea plantation, but in fact it has a very small garden. Helpful staff, good food in restaurant."

"No welcome drinks and no choice of food. You literally got to eat whatever is available at the property. Washrooms are so far from the tents that going out in the night might be scary due to forest area and chances of you meeting a wild animal on the way. No hot water even though the temperatures might be freezing. Literally request for everything and your luck might have it or they would just trash your request This property is managed by a person sitting in Delhi and the mobile number that is...

"Property location and staff are excellent but cottage itself needs attention. The sink in bathroom was leaking and they couldn’t fix it. We couldn’t use washroom. Most of the amenities like gas, kitchen sink and other things need attention. Housekeeping is very poor!"

"The property and the management is world class. I would like to call out Tarang at the lobby desk, he is extremely caring, very hospitable guy. he went out of his way to help me with a personal medical situation I was addressing. The lobby manager Anurag too was very helpful. Folks are very hospitable, the bartender Vinay is a great guy too. The music room with live room adds more charm to the property. Fully stocked bar.. A must visit place."
