Great hotel with messy web and unclear SPA info.
Great new hotel with amazing rooms. Our room was at a corner of the building with a great view of the city. The website is a mess and is very unclear on what SPA sevices are included, descriptions/photos and what isfree and what is not. Even at the hotel the SPA admin is unclear and troublesome. However SPA and Nordic SPA are both good and clean and they are not cheap.

Wir mochten einfach alles. Tolles Badezimmer, sehr gutes Bett. Extrem gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Mitarbeiter sehr zugewandt und freundlich. Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich geputzt. Es gab wirklich gar nichts zu meckern.... Toll, toll, toll!

Et af Danmarks bedste hoteller
Fremragende hotel i Danmarks smukkeste by. Kun en lille detalje irriterer i en god oplevelse. Personalet i Freya er klistret til baren. Det er svært at få gjort sit bord rent, og man kan ikke bare bestille ved bordet, som man kan i alle andre gode hoteller. Hver gang skal man rejse sig, bestille og betale. Hvor ville det bare være bedre med en samlet faktura. Bøvlet og dumt... Alt andet er tilgengæld særdeles godt. Dejlige værelser, god mand og morgenmad. Fantastisk personale. Underligt at Freya ikke fungerer lige så godt som alt andet.
