"This is such a wonderful Hotel, all staff very kind, and accommodating. want to give a big shout out to one of the restaurant staff called Suhel, he was just outstanding to me and my parents on the trip, went above and beyond for what they needed and was so professional. All reception staff were incredible and were able to help with all enquiries. Spa was ok but stream room didn’t work and sauna kept getting cool over a period of time.
