"Raymond and Jayson are fantastic! We had an emergency as our condo was hit badly by storm Helene and we had a tenant in our unit. We scrambled to get flights, car and a place to stay on no minutes notice and came across the Kenwood Gables as we were making our last minute travel plans. Their property is an oasis! Lovely pool, amazing breakfasts and such great hosts. We will certainly be back as they made us feel like family. Thank you Raymond, Jayson, Kona and Fizzy. You made a difficult time...

"Our room was comfortable. The bed was a bit soft for our taste but okay. Be aware that some rooms upstairs and there are no elevators so pack lightly. No irons available in the room so plan ahead. The location is convenient and walking distance to restaurants and shopping."

This is not The Ritz Carlton with all the modern nuances as this is a retro-fit hotel. The curator as we have come to find out is known for transitioning older hotels into gems. "Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet room--nothing fancy but very cozy and comfortable. Wanted to stay another night just to hang around for their happy hour again! Oh--and they have a parking lot right next to the front door, which is a big deal for this area. "

"You’ll love the location and privacy of The Minthouse. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean always with snacks and water. If you want a small apartment set up with washer/dryer and kitchenette, then this is perfect. Right on Central where you can walk to everything downtown St. Pete has to offer."

"We enjoyed this small property. Not crowded and private beach is awesome. The sunsets from the property are incredible. The only negative was the construction underway on the property. Pretty noisy and equipment etc unsightly. Other than that property was very quiet and peaceful. "

"Beautiful room - we paid for the Gulf front and it was worth it! This property is one of the newer ones on the beach - survived the storm well. Beautiful pool and small sandy beach area with chairs and a tiki bar which wasn’t open yet but will be fun when it is! We will book again! "

"Julian was amazing at the concierge getting us dinner reservations and pointing us around the area for things to do. Quinn made our beach days and cabana reservations smooth and relaxing upon arrival. Vic was our first greeting at the bell desk and our final farewell. He was always prompt with our luggage and always smiling when we saw him. I can’t say enough about the Don and their staff "
