"Great location in a beautiful area. Clean, quiet. Friendly staff — however, Wednesday is "early closing" so you need to phone to be let in, but the person lives just across the road and is happy to come quickly. Sauna & pool 8.30 till 8 but locked after that. Bar/café (except Weds) so coffee & croissant can be got for breakfast. Slightly odd pricing structure, involving paying extra if using the kitchen in the apartments, but in the end we didn't use it so paid pretty much (though not exactly)...

"Service findet recht unpersönlich aber gut statt. Leider werden die Zimmer lediglich alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Essen ist für eine Woche abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker gewesen. Die Lage im Ort ist schön ruhig aber dennoch zhentral."

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"I booked this hotel at the last moment without knowing much about the area, other than I was going Obergurgl to ski. I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by Rebekka who walked me through all of the hotel amenities while serving me a welcome beverage. She handled every detail of my stay, including arranging my four day ski pass. The hotel if beautifully appointed in the Alpine style. I didn't know what "half board" meant when I booked the hotel...it means that dinner, as well as...

"Plenty of parking. The Spa is really nice. The staff is really nice. The towels are stiff, if you can deal with that it’s good place to stay. The breakfast is good. The dining seemed to be short staffed or just slow. We had dinner a couple doors up the street. It was amazing. Overall we will stay there again. "

"Die Lage dieses Hotels ist wirklich einzigartig. Es ist ein 3 Sterne-Hotel und erfüllt alle Erwartungen. Die Lage verursacht jedoch bei vielen Gästen körperliche Probleme wie Kopfschmerzen und Übelkeit. Deshalb würden wir empfehlen ein oder zwei Nächte in Kurzras bei der Talstation zu verbringen. Bei schlechtem Wetter, was in den Alpen immer vorkommen kann, fährt die Seilbahn nur eingeschränkt oder auch gar nicht. Wir hatten leider an 3 Tagen Sturm mit Windgeschwindigkeiten bis 80 km/h. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families."
