Host was very accommodating and friendly, and in general it was a great stay. We really enjoyed having the balcony and being so close to the sea. One thing to note is that the air con in our room faced the door not the beds so at night you didn’t really get any of it. Other than that we had a lovely stay and would return

Great stay. The host was very helpful and friendly. 3 minutes walk away from the Megali Amos sand beach and 12 minutes walk away from the centre. We had a great time.

Struttura curata immersa nel verde ma a due passi dalla spiaggia e dalla città. Camera pulitissima con pulizie giornaliere e cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni due giorni. Il proprietario dimitri sempre attento, presente e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente e torneremo sicuramente qua nelle prossime vacanze a skiathos

Oltre le nostre aspettative. Comodissimo per spiaggia e centro città. Supermercati, negozi e taverne nei pressi. Titolare disponibilissimo, cortese ed efficiente. Parla inglese. Camera perfetta. Doccia con tenda quindi facilissimo bagnare il pavimento. Accessori cucina essenziali. Spazio esterno gradevole ed usufruibile, in parte riservato alla camera. Ampio spazio per stendere teli e costumi.

Great 18 night stay, wish it was for longer. Great location short walk to great beach, stroll into Skiathos Town. Excellent studios nothing to much trouble for the hard working owners. Spotllesly clean, plentiful sheet and towel changes, lovely and well tended gardens, hoping to return next year.

A due passi dal mare

Camera con tutti i comfort : cassaforte , aria condizionata, asciugacapelli , set di asciugamani , cucina , stoviglie. Letti comodi e spaziosi. Camera pulita con piccolo terrazzo dove poter far colazione. Consiglio questa struttura poiche' oltre ad essere a due passi dal mare, basta solo attraversare la strada, e 5 minuti dal centro , è gestita da una persona speciale : Dimitris. è sempre disponibile e gentile! le pulizie sono giornaliere con cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. A due minuti vi sono supermarket e negozi dove poter noleggiare motorini o macchine.

Nice place nearby the city centre

We spent a fantastic week in Skiathos. We can consider the location strategic. City Centre (i.d. The Harbour) is located in a few minutes by foot and it includes an area parking, that is important who want to rent a veichle. If you rent an apartment in the city centre probably it would be not easy to park and you have to walk anyway. Down the street of the hotel there is a nice beach whit a bar/rastaurant if one day you will be too tired to sightseeing. The hotel is managed by the family owner and they will consider you as a friend after one day. If you are looking a startegic place in a greek atmosphere this is the place.
