So, we experienced some of the service issues that one can naturally expect when a new management is arriving. Nevertheless the staff was excellent and predisposed to overcome all those difficulties. "We booked this hotel for one night when on a road trip through Switzerland, the check-in was smooth, the staff were very polite and helpful. We booked the Royal Double Room with views of the valley, which was spectacular!
