Stunning home in Sjællands Odde

Classic vacation home on nature plot only a few hundred meters from the sea. The house is located in a beautiful nature area on Sjællands Odde, on a peninsula between the Kattegat and Sejerø Bay. The sky here is bathed in a special light and everywhere you can see the effects of the last ice age on the landscape. The surrounding area offers wonderful opportunities for fishing and hiking. For anglers the area is a true paradise. The only fishing port in Odsherred, Havnebyen, is located nearby. You can buy freshly smoked fish. The amusement park Sommerland Sjælland is 25 minutes away. At Gniben, all the way out on the Odde you can walk around the headland, it is also possible to walk through the army artillery school. In Nykøbing there is a large marina and studios.

Wat een heerlijk huis, en een geweldige omgeving. Echt een aanrader!

Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Auch die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Umgebung ist absolut genial und das dänische Volk einfach unfassbar freundlich. Das Interieur ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und es waren viele Spinnweben an der Holzverkleidung. In der Küche funktionierte die Abzugshaube nur bedingt. Ein wunderschönes Haus, welches mit ein wenig Aufbereitung perfekt wird.
