"I booked it for my parents for their holiday in Sochi. They were very satisfied! Perfect location, polite staff, clean, very accommodating. Just the wifi signal was a bit tricky sometimes but not too bad. "

"Hotel sencillo, con más características de hostel. El personal no habla inglés, por lo cual fue difícil comunicarse (solo con Google Translator si no se sabe ruso). Las habitaciones cuentan con TV por cable y aire acondicionado, pero los baños carecen de los implementos básicos. El staff no fue en general servicial ni amable, quizás el idioma agregó más esta percepción. El internet del hotel fue deficiente la mayor parte del tiempo.
