"Acomodação razoável. Pontos negativos: porta que dá acesso a todo o flat pela área da piscina sem fechar e sem chave. Ar condicionado com defeito, frequentemente fazia barulhos, necessitando ligar e desligar para normalizar. Controle da TV sem funcionar. Bacia do banheiro muito antiga, amarelada e com rasgos. Local sem limite de horários para barulhos externos, com vizinhos com muita zuada até durante a madrugada."

"Muito bom apenas seria necessário uma manutenção no banheiro superior na torneira da pia pq a mesma fica pingando, a geladeira está vazando e a TV da sala não funciona. se até um secador de cabelo pelo menos na recepção para uso e retorno para imediato dos hóspedes. The only thing I'd say is in the pool some staff sometimes were a little distracted but whenever they see you need anything, they'd rush to deliver. "We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it."

"Landscape is wonderful, all gardens, pools, rooms, extremely cleans. Beach towels everywhere , handy. Staff is something that we need to mention. People are more than nice . The only thing I'd say is in the pool some staff sometimes were a little distracted but whenever they see you need anything, they'd rush to deliver. The bar close to restaurant had amazing drinks, a professional lady who prepared the drinks . I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff. One last thing, the Spa service also excellent . Very good professionals . Definitely a place to come back and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Nannai family for my amazing vacations"

"First time visiting Brazil. Porto de Galinhas is beautiful and safe. The people are very friendly. Baia Branca Porto de Galinhas hotel is in a perfect location. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is delicious. My only complaint is that we were charged for water bottles. Found that strange. Apart from that, everything was spectacular. "

All is set up for an enjoyable, worry free stay

"We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options and was overall a very good experience. Staff was very helpful an non-intrusive. "
