"From check in to check out all staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional. Lovely room on top floor, great view, very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, great choice. Would definitely recommend. Close to all of the city attractions within walking distance, lots of access to cafes and pubs."

"Kate the Reception Office Manager was excellent and went the extra mile in sorting a minor problem in our room, and even gave us two complimentary drinks. The dining is very good. The breakfast, which was included, is one of the best I’ve had. Full marks for breakfast and excellent staff. Great value, recommend in highest terms. "

"Had an amazing time at the Ramada. Very central to shoos and bars in the Cathedral quarters. We arrived at 12 and were allowed to check in early. The staff on reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Had a lovely lunch in the restaurant, bar staff very friendly. The room as clean and spacious. We couldnt have asked for better for the price. Will definitely be back."

"The shower head sprayed water and the door didn’t close completely. The Observatory bar ran out of limes and didn’t cherries for drinks. The room charge function didn’t work in the bar. The 1st floor breakfast wasn’t very creative. "

"Stayed overnight was in a room with no view room was large but a few issues, bins weren’t emptied from previous quests, only one towel in bathroom (although did discover another in the wardrobe when we were leaving). A bit disappointing. The location is great and breakfast was fine."
