"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. Nice full size refrigerator and gas stove. The shower area of the bathroom can use some work, as water gets everywhere. We also had to walk...

"Couldn't have been happier with our room .Booked one room for 5 adults .Very clean comfortable bed .Much bigger than we expected .This was a welcome surprise after a very long day .Communication from the virtual agent when we were running late for check in was excellent .So very helpful and then on arrival hotel reception were just as helpful "

"The property was spacious, this was a big plus. It was also on a quiet street, but not far away from the main road. Unfortunately I didn't receive the free upgrade I was promised on the phone, but the stay was still very pleasant."

"The apartment has a good space, clean, close to public transportation and some restaurants. Good toiletries. They also have a laundry on the basement."

"The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. Great communication. Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most things. There was a fan to keep us cool and we felt very safe. "

Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. "Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. I did communicate with smart flats whilst there, they said that they would sort it out but unfortunately they didn't whilst we were there for the two nights. The shower wasn't that...

"Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. Would be better if the one shower had a door on it to stop the water going into the room. There is quite a big step from...

"A lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. The safe wasnt working in my room and they sent someone up straight away. Unfortunately, it was broken and they moved me to another (better) room. I needed an adaptor which Abdel very kindly helped me with. Breakfast was average and not many vegetarian options - the hash browns and mushrooms were not well cooked. A really pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. "
