"Check in was a bit of a hassle. We never received the mandatory checkin email, which required chatting with hotels.com to resolve the issue. "Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. "I had one of the penthouse rooms which was super with the roof deck access. The room was great, roomy and convenient with the mini kitchen so if I didn't want to have breakfast with the hotel I could either make some coffee before going out or make it right there in the room.
