However, staff in Ghent really made the difference in our stayed. All staff go above and beyond from check in to any request. It was my husband bday the second day of our stay and Hadi coordinated many special details for us to celebrate. Kuddos to Hadi for making our stay so special. We will definitely stay here again and/or recommend this hotel to family and friends. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The rooms are smallish but you get everything you need, although maybe an in room kettle would be useful. The shower was always warm and a good pressure on the water. The bed was very comfortable. Our room (239) was on the second floor towards the rear of the hotel so was a very quiet room. The food at breakfast was really nice and plenty of it, so felt good value. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is a great location for exploring Ghent being a 5 minute or so walk from the Cathedral, Belfry etc. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, it was a very enjoyable stay."
