"The staff were very helpful with an earlier check in for me. It really helped me a lot with my schedule. My room was extremely comfortable. I only hope that the person who charged breakfast to my room was found! I am very grateful to the check out manager who believed me when I denied ordering breakfast. "Room was spacious with a lovely outlook over the river/Marina and very clean. Perfectly acceptable pump pack shampoo etc in the bathroom. Really nice pool which looks out over the river. For the price it was great! There was also free undercover parking, decent free wifi and very friendly, helpful people on reception. I’d definitely stay again if I needed to be in this particular neighbourhood."
