Special thanks and hats off to (1) Mohamed, swimming pool 38, and (2) M. Zaky, F/O Manager. Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. "The room is not properly cleaned, there were traces of hair on the bed, the floor and in the bathroom. Location is remote with nothing within walking distance, saving grace is a regular shuttle bus that runs throughout the day. Limited dining options with short service hours, this means chaotic dining experience."
