Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...

Staff went out of their way to help me as an English only speaker. The room was great with views of the mountains. The dinners were actually included in the price and the quality was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel if you are lucky enough to be in the area."
