Staff very nice and help full . Mary and Christina Room was Quiet and had all I needed for 5 day stay . But They had no coat hangers and no hand lotion . Guess I will need to bring them on all my next trips ( Odd and Cheap) for 180$ / nite room

Showerhead shot water on to the ceiling light, bathroom flooring needed replaced. Air conditioner would kick on and off every 30 minutes. Water shock heard evertime another room would turn on or off water.

When we arrived the sheets were filthy and stained with what looked like blood. The heat didn’t work very well in the room (set to 73 when we arrived and never got over 66), the paper coffee cups were dirty, and the ice machine didn’t work. The waffle maker didn’t work at breakfast and the muffins were too stale to eat.

The staff were extremely helpful. Your ads indicated a 16 mile drive to Vail. It was double that at about 30 miles.

The toilet was plugged. Only one could take a shower because the bathtub was plugged up and wouldn’t drain. The floors and bathroom were gross! Never will stay there again! AM breakfast was a joke. Cold pancakes and biscuits! How do these places get away with this???
