"The staff was probably some of the nicest staff we have ever encountered at a hotel! I love that I felt like they genuinely wanted us to be there! The complementary cocktail hour was fabulous tool! Our room was amazing also! We had a suite and it was so nice to have the living space separate from the sleeping space bc my husband had some work meetings on the computer and I could watch tv in the bedroom. This dog friendly, lgbtq friendly, human friendly hotel was absolutely amazing! There should be Darcy hotels in every big city! "

"We had a wonderful overall stay at The Westin D.C. City Center. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the valet and front office staff. It only went up from there, as we had a comfortable room, a great experience - both times - at the hotel bar, and the location was truly hard to beat. A special thanks/shout-out to Jernia, Asia, and Iyanah for making our stay a completely awesome one. Westin is now on our short list of places to stay whenever we are in DC! "

"Good - Close to Dupont Circle and Metro. Not quite so good - Room was a little chilly on 2 occasions, but turning the thermostat up did not help. Found out that the heat was turned off for the summer."
