"I booked a room with two beds and one bathroom. When we arrived and walked into our room, we ended up with a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room, dining nook, and balcony. It was beautiful. I'm really picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness. Pendry met and exceeded my expectations. Our room was very clean and cozy. The location was great. We were nestled in the mountain which was so nice. You can see the skiers and snowboarders coming down the slope. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Our stay was better than what we expected. Everything and everyone was top notch! Our room was beautiful and cozy! We switched rooms so we could be on an upper floor and management went above and beyond to make it happen! We will be staying here again! Loved it!"

"I booked a room with a deck, all the photos showed that. There was no deck! Also the bathroom is basically in the bedroom, only closed off by a shutter. Tried to get help and a different room, with NO luck. Car didn’t fit in the parking! Terrible experience. There were almost no guests and they wouldn’t help us at all!"

Upon entering we could smell an odor it did not smell clean and the floors were dirty and our bed had food crumbs in it.
