"Check in and the staff were great and also very helpful. My room was very clean but it was a bit noisy at night with sounds from air conditioner and fridge (I think). But it didn't happen every night. All in all, it is a good place to stay."

"I actually thought this room was very accommodating and the room was nice,.clean, and up to date. It was quiet and secure. Even though staff wasn't all that friendly, they monitored who came in and out of the parking lot. Overall I would probably stay again, especially for the affordable price."

"This property was perfect for a 1 night stay in San Jose. It was a 15 minute walk from SAP center and 10 minute walk from some great restaurants in the San Pedro district. Some aspects of the room were slightly dated but you could tell a lot of renovations had been made. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was much better than expected! We had a quality breakfast before our train ride home. "

"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."

"Great property and rooms, friendly staff and a surprise was the pizza offered through the hotel. Was in the lobby and asked the woman behind the counter for a recommendation for lunch with a colleague for a work meeting. She suggested their pizza which I thought was going to be some microwaved spongy watery thing. She convinced me to try and it was excellent! Highly recommend the property and if you are in the mood for pizza try the mushroom one."
