"This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. "We really loved this hotel. They have all kinds of amenities, including a spectacular spa, several saunas, bowling alley, electric bikes, and an expensive fitness room. The staff was very kind and helpful. I have food, allergies, and they created a whole three course meal special for me each night."

"Stay was a picturesque fantasy view with charming B&B elements in the house. Charming hostess and beautiful breakfast. Minor issues with TV remote not working so TV did not work. Hostess was lovely. Said we could reach out to them for anything, but was unclear how to do that once we made it to our room as the house is not clear about where the hostess stays or how to get in touch. "

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is very close to the Pilani gondola. An easy walk even in all your ski gear and carrying your equipment. It is also very near to other restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to shopping. We found it very easy to get around the town without transportation and had a fantastic stay. The room was exactly what we needed and had even more space than we anticipated from the pictures. Additionally, the staff was fantastic. Very willing to recommend train options for our return to Salzburg and called a taxi to get us to the train station at no additional cost! As for the cleaning staff, they were very good and thoughtful. Our daughter had brought with her some very special stuffed comfort toys and they took special care of them during cleaning. It made her SO happy."
