"Overall, the stay was great. Customer service is a big deal for me; the lady who checked us in was terrific. She offered coffee, hot cocoa, cookies, and came out and ignited the fire for us. She was just super friendly. The lady who set up breakfast was equally super. The room was a bit older, but it was clean and comfy. The towels could have been a bit more comfortable, but it did the job. Great overall and and I would stay there. The price was great through the app I used. "

"Stayed NYE. Room was small and cozy. Elevator was out. If youre not used to stairs, well had no choice, bed was on 3rd floor. No conditioner for womens hair as an option, just shampoo. Walls are thin, heard people after 1230 talking screaming loudly through halls. Only 4 fireworks. Heard knocking (2 knocks) throughout the evening, but not sure if it was someone dropping things on the floor or someone trying to reach out to me LOL. sometimes it was 3 knocks or 1 knock. "The property is nice its just not the greatest area but worth the money the only problem for me is there rooms are upstairs i lucked out and git 1 of there only rooms downstairs it was nice but right next to thr busy road and people were coming in the wee hours of the morning just to park for a little while and then leave so go figure. "

"This is such a cool property to anchor your Bisbee experience out of. There is a ton of music memorabilia and art, with amazing views of the stars at night. It’s a short drive (less than 10 minutes) to the heart of Old Bisbee, so if you enjoy being just a bit off of the beaten path, stay at this place. "

"We stayed for a couple of nights and we brought our little dog with us and we had a great overall experience. The room was very well appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel amenities were excellent and the staff was very helpful at all times. We will most definitely stay there again! Highly recommended, honestly."

"Absolutely, fantastic property. The only and I mean only drawback was the bed. Mattress was a bit like a marshmallow. Overall, I'd give this a 4.8 stars out of 5. Mattress is the only reason it was not a straight up 5."
